The writing takes as long as it takes, and birthdays do not wait. So for Christmas, a big birthday or any day you have already got circled, what you give on the day is the voucher, and they decide afterwards whether that becomes the full Life Story, or the Memory Kit once it is available.

- What they openSomething to hand over on the day. Nothing is bought on this website, so we arrange that part between us, and how much time there is changes what is sensible
- Which productRedeemable against the full Life Story now, or the Memory Kit once it's available, the recipient chooses
- Splitting the costSeveral people can club together on one voucher; tell me how many of you there are and we will work out the practical side
- If they say noRing me about it before you worry. In my experience "this is a fuss" is not the same answer as "I do not want to"
